Tomkiel & Tomkiel is the partnership of Stanley A. Tomkiel, III, Esq. and his son Matthew Paul Tomkiel, Esq. Stanley A. Tomkiel, Sr., Esq., the father of Stanley III and grandfather of Matthew, is of counsel to the firm.

The firm continues the family tradition of helping the injured victims of accidents and malpractice to secure just recoveries for their losses, representing only injured victims and never insurance companies.

The firm handles a full range of injury and wrongful death cases including scaffold and construction site accidents, medical malpractice, defective products, motor vehicle accidents, trip/falls and workplace injuries.

Also of counsel to the firm are Christopher Meagher, Esq., Steve Anduze, Esq. Richard J. Purcell, Esq., and Robert J. Zerilli, Esq.

Kristine Crotty, B.S., is the firm's claims development specialist. Mrs. Crotty keeps in close contact with all clients to obtain medical and claim-related information and documentation, and coordinates communication with the insurance companies who will be paying the settlements. She ensures a steady flow of documents and information to expedite the successful resolution of claims in the pre-litigation stage.

Judith Ramos Meier, a New York State Workers' Compensation Licensed Representative is affiliated with the firm. Mrs. Meier handles workers' compensation hearings before the Workers' Compensation Board and Social Security Disability applications and appeals hearings for the firm's clients.
